Loved it. Have stayed here with our family for our Fake Christmas weekend for two years and have booked it for a third time.

A very lovely house that we have visited twice now. Large bedrooms, warm in the winter, all very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Highly recommendable.

We found Little Barwick perfect for our party. Lovely house, warm, comfortable, plenty of space and a secure garden for the dogs. We had great weather, which always helps. And its all close to my favourite part of Norfolk.

I really enjoyed the cottage. It is the second visit and I look forward to visiting again. The cottage feels like a home and is very comfortable. Amanda was very helpful and catered to all our needs

This house comfortably housed 14 people for a family of 3 generations celebrating Grannys 70th birthday. The space inside and out was great with a dog safe garden. The interior is a little dated and could could do with some tlc (bathrooms especially) . We loved the huge dining table which seated us all and found the serving hatch from the kitchen really useful. We made use of the washing machine and the huge drying room. The window seats in the kitchen and lounge are a lovely touch and the perfect height and position to sit on. We did struggle with the aga as it didn't seem to ever get hot enough to cook anything in - it took an hour to cook sausages. There is another oven and hob but they are not big enough alone to cater for such a large group. Could also do with another dish washer. We found the beds to be uncomfortable, but were grateful for the notes left by the owner informing us which beds were hard and which beds were soft! Overall we would definitely stay here again due to the space and granduer this property has to offer.

It was a wonderful week. The house is very spacious and splendidly equiped with a lovely big garden (dog proof!) which the children really enjoyed playing in. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise. We also much appreciated the help shown to us by the gracious owner.

Our 5th visit to Little Barwick, I think this shows how much we like the property. 15 friends, variety of ages and the house works for all of us. Owner lovely and helpful but not obtrusive. Look forward to our next visit.

Lovely house and gardens, our young grandchildren had a fantastic time watching the rabbits in the garden and feeding the horses in the field next door. The house was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, lots of huge fluffy towels and good hot showers. I used an Aga for the first time and made some wonderful memories with our family. I know we will return.
