The location and view are wonderful, although we found it difficult to sit out due to the noise from the generator, we like to listen to the birds. As no-one else seems to have commented on this, maybe it is faulty? The cottage inside has a comfortable sofa and bed and a decent shower, and the welcome pack was lovely, as was the hot tub. But I think it would be helpful to warn people with limited mobility (like myself) about the lack of head height and steep step into the property. I have numerous bruises from hitting my head (I'm 5'2''), and I fell twice. The cottage is in my view not suitable for children or small dogs. A young agile couple would probably be fine in it though. We would though look at booking the cottage next door as it has more room.

Had an absolutely fabulous week here for new year with my husband and my dogs. It was so relaxing! The view outside the door is spectacular. The cottage has eveything you need, and there's a really handy guidebook inside that gives you info on local dog friendly places. Also if you get a clear night the stars are fabulous. No light pollution!

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location with incredible views and very central if willing to travel by car. The owners left little touches in the cottage such as salted butter and bread upon arrival which was appreciated. They really have done an amazing job and we would love to return one day

A cozy little place with an excellent location at Snowdonia. Just a few minutes drive if you want some hiking, train riding, towns and so on. Superb view from the cottage over the coast. The biggest drawback was all the spiders inside the cottage. For me that wasnt a problem, but for my wife that was a big issue. I think I killed about 30+ spiders in the corners and the ceiling. Lots of spiders and lots of spider webs all around the cottage. But all in all, it was an lovely stay. We would definitely come back here again.

The reason we would not stay at Little Barn again is on this occasion we were with our family who were staying in The Old Cowshed this is okay but if the other cottage was occupied b y strangers we would not feel comfortable. TheLittle Barn was lovely and the views were graat we loved having our meals outside with such lovely views.

Lovely cottage with fantastic views. Well placed for the beaches of the Llyn Penisula and the mountains of Snowdonia. Private and peaceful location. The hot tub is a lovely feature, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A perfect hideaway for two. Note: The bedroom does have low beams around the bed, and the bathroom/ toilet is downstairs. This did not bother us, but less able or older people might need to be aware.

Beautiful views from outside cottage, but sadly nothing could be seen from inside. Cottage was rather dark inside with little natural light. The bed is way past its lifetime and should be replaced.
