Landscaped grounds (shared with other property on-site). Outdoor swimming pool (at the hotel, shared with other guests). Parking in hotel car park (not allocated); additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: No children under 16 years old.

These lovely apartments offer not just the independence and freedom of your own space and living area, but as a guest you also have use of leisure facilities in the adjacent Lincombe Hall Hotel, including the wonderful summer time, outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar on-site, just 20 yards away.
The apartments are situated within a stone’s throw of Torquay’s town centre, with not only high street shops but plenty of local boutiques and gift stores too. The nearest shop to the properties is a 10-minute stroll downhill. Nearby you can visit Living Coast, the sea life zoo. The former 2012 London Olympic Village viewing wheel offers stunning views across the bay from the top. If you wish to explore other towns, cities and coastal areas, the local train station in Torquay has regular trains travelling to a number of destinations.
Just over 2½ miles from the apartments there is access to not just a golf course but a crazy golf course too. The perfect location of these apartments gives you access to two beautiful beaches from either direction. Torquay seafront is only 1 mile away and Meadfoot Beach, a smaller beach, is almost cove like and perfect for paddle boarders, just ½ mile away. Beach ½ mile. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 20 yards.
