I wanted to sleep in the top Bedroom but the toilet was not working ,we phoned the contact number that was left, the lady said she would look into it on Friday the Day we were leaving, it was very disappointing, as the note said just contact me if you need anything. I also couldn't close the curtains properly as there was a lot of noise coming from the pub across the road. we couldn't work the Television properly as we did not realize the box needed to be manually pressed on, we struggled with the remote and didn't realize the box wasn't on. After a 5 Hour journey we would have preferred a few tea Bags to a pkt of biscuits as we had to go shopping. Our Holiday was more about a rest than to see the sights and it was very noisy with the pub one side and the back of Waitrose on the other side with Deliveries and lorries being loaded during the Day.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments, we value guests feedback. We are sorry to hear there was complications with the use of the top bedroom toilet. Please rest assured this will be rectified as soon as possible. Welcome packs are always provided for our guests arrival, we are extremely sorry to hear this was an oversight on this occasion. We do provide instructions for the TV in the Welcome pack and will now look to simplify these to ensure further guests do not find the use of the TV difficult. We have checked the curtains of all rooms and can confirm they all function properly. We hope to have you with us again.

We had an excellent long weekend in Bridport. The house is in the best location literally a stone’s throw from the high street. Wandering the streets especially when the market is on is just great. We stayed with children and the house had all we needed, bunk beds, high chair and cot. Even though it rained some of Saturday we entertained the children by going to the two parks and to the great swimming pool (within walking distance). Walks on the beach at burton bradstock and the golden cap finished off a weekend of activity and relaxing in the lovely house.Thoroughly recommended.
