Amazing holiday. Beatiful cottage in gorgeous surroundings. Rye is a lovely town with all you need. Car a necessity but don’t need to drive for hours. Would recommend staying here 100%

This was our third visit to Leagarth. We love the cottage and its location. It's a pleasure to sit outside the cottage and listen to the sheep 'baaing' and see the occasional rabbit chewing the grass. Fabulous for families, so safe for children to roam the garden of the property. One thing I would improve would be to get black out blinds in the bedrooms. The light does get through the curtains and our children were awake at 5.30am some mornings. A small price to pay for such a beautiful location though and we'll definitely be back again one day.

Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The family were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our grandson (3) loved seeing the lambs and we appreciated being allowed to go into the lambing shed at what was a very busy and sometimes traumatic time for the farmers.. We would certainly recommend the property to others.

We wanted to get away from it all and this lovely cottage was ideal as it is set on a farm with stunning views of the countryside. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We didn't want to leave!

We had a fabulous time at the cottage. The kitchen was really well equipt and easy for us to cook what we wanted. Well laid out, spacious, absolutely loved it. So nice waking up to a view of all the sheep.

This lovely well equipped cottage was perfect for us and our two dogs, private despite the benefit of being on a working farm (loved being surrounded by the lovely sheep!) and accessible for the less able-bodied. The owners are friendly and available if you need anything. Highly recommended, thanks to Penny and family for a wonderful stay

We had a brilliant holiday in Rye Foreign. Leagarth cottage is beautiful, really clean, spacious (even for four adults and a six year old) and well equipped for living as well as cooking. The wifi signal was strong, probably the best we have ever had in any holiday accommodation - which might be important to some. The owners are friendly and approachable but let us get on with our holiday in privacy which was perfect.
