Great holiday, great location. The grandkids enjoyed the closeness of the sheep and lambs. Owner showed us inside one of the sheds where the grandkids were allowed to hold and cuddle the very young lambs, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend The King's Head nearby. A visit to Rye & Camber Sands is a must. Would not hesitate to book again

Generally good with a few niggles. The owner did not know how to set the timer on the heating so it had to be turned on and off manually, the back door was difficult to shut and did not lock at all and the outside lights at the back were either not working or lacking bulbs as were a couple of the inside lights, this was unhelpful when letting the dogs out at night. Otherwise the cottage is in a lovely position and well situated for exploring the south coast and the sussex/kent border.

Lovely cottage, spotless and well presented in a beautiful and peaceful location. The local area is fascinating with so many attractive towns, villages and historic sites that one really needs more than a week to do it justice. We look forward to the opportunity for a return visit. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place within the confines of a sheep farm. Quiet, comfortable, so lovely sitting outside that we did not want to go out at times. Walks directly from the garden.
