Thank you for a truly fabulous stay. As a property to accommodate two families we couldn’t fault it. Warm, spacious, beautifully furnished. We had a slight issue with a radiator that had been damaged prior to our arrival but the hosts remedied this within hours. The house was stylishly dressed for Christmas and the fizz and mince pies on arrival were a lovely touch. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. We had a great time celebrating new year and just ‘hanging out’ in your holiday home. (4 adults & 4 children aged 6-10).

Very good and comfy bungalow, and excellent value for money. Fab kitchen/living room space with lots of comfy seats and a reasonably well equipped kitchen (some bigger pans would be good given the size of the property- but great to have so many glasses, mugs, etc). Great provision for babies/toddlers with socket covers, plastic glasses, etc. Hosts were really accommodating to our requests for extra things for the kitchen. The whole place is clearly new and nicely finished. We were there with two toddlers and noise was a bit a problem - with the kitchen/living room noise carrying very clearly to the bedrooms and noise between bedrooms carrying too (and so the babies kept waking each other). Also worth noting it’s right on a very busy road with no pavement - so any trip out requires a car. But both of these were very manageable and the garden is v secure for young kids to play in.

A lovely, well-appointed modern bungalow, and spotlessly clean. Lots of room for six of us to hold a family reunion and plenty of things to see and do in the area. Only downside is that there is a fair bit of traffic noise but that hardly detracts from the bungalow’s appeal. A great place to stay.

Excellent cottage for a weekend with friends, great location and lots to do nearby. Very clean. Only complaints were about the kitchen equipment-we needed bigger saucepans and baking trays but otherwise very good.

It was a very spacious accommodation, ideal for the many tourist venues. However, the main criticism is that it is situated on a fairly busy road and the gates were difficult to close especially as we had young children with us. The garden is ideal for the children to play in. The owner was very helpful.

Had a great few days at Lavender Lea. We were a party of 6 with 3 generations and there was plenty of room for all of us. One of the party is disabled and the cottage was ideal as he was able to get around easily and had easy access via the ramp. The area is great and easy to get to from the M42 motorway. We spent time at Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick Castle and as the weather was good, we really enjoyed our time especially as it was a last minute booking. It was great to have some necessary items when we arrived so we didn't have to go straight to a supermarket to get food. Thank you Freyja.
