Basic but comfortable. Friendly, welcoming owners. The children (and adults) enjoyed seeing the cows.

Beautifully situated and is surrounded by places of interest. We even got to watch the crops being harvested in the fields around the cottage. A wonderful holiday.

If you are looking for a proper getaway from the madding crowd, this is your cottage, the location and scenery are amazing. We saw 15 different Castles and Monuments in our week long stay. You are about 20 mins from the Scottish border. There is loads to do, but you will need a car. We will definitely be returning soon.

A very comfortable Cottage in an amazing location. Quiet, and perfect for exploring the local area however a great pity the local pub has closed down.
