Lovely cottage - very cosy particularly with the open fire and a real tree complete the festive feel as we stayed over Christmas. Owner very helpful and friendly. The cottage is a great base from which to explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

Pros: Good location for us with easy access to Plymouth for graduation. Plenty of space and equipment for 6. Lovely fire and cosy lounge lots of character. Cons: Main bedroom desperate need of new mattress slept on sofa in end Some equipment broken and could do with deep clean. Leak in conservatory when rained hard.

Lovely farm cottage short walk from Wembury beach lovely conservatory to sit in and relax. Jon the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly providing quick solutions and responses above and beyond the call of duty. Had a great time and will come again. Only thing is its not where the post code or google earth say it is not that the location is better or worse you just need to know its not where it shows online.

Nice cottage and extremely helpful and friendly owner. Nice area too, with lovely beach about half a mile away. Great location for visiting the moors. Comfy cottage, only minor flaw was that it was a bit drafty - probably wouldn't have noticed if weather had been kinder! Would certainly stay again in summer next time, as all the family had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful and well furnished. The owner Jon was so kind he let our 4 year old daughter go to see the lambs and feed them as it was lambing season when we went. They have stables to the rear so horses regularly pass by. The propert is of a very high standard and we would definetly recommend this.
