It is not a holiday cottage, it sits in a car park with a motorway behind you. There is an old sofa outside next door although inside the cottage isn’t too bad. Small things need to be added like teaspoons! No kindling or wood to light the fire and the aga wasn’t on.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. Upon meeting this guest on her arrival I did advise if there were any problems or if they needed anything at all just say and I would sort it out. There was wood and firelighters available I’m sorry that she missed them. I have since put in teaspoons, I never noticed that they were missing. There is a motorway nearby however there is a house, road and field in between the cottage and the motorway. We are near a carpark and leisure centre, I make no secret of that. Next door is going to move the sofa but you can't really see it from the cottage. The Aga is never on which is why it isn’t advertised but there is an oven and hob. I am naturally disappointed to have received this score but the previous 2 guests really enjoyed themselves and were pleased with their choice.
