This detached holiday villa with air conditioning stands in a walled garden, in a quiet residential area close to the River Sorgue. The shops, cafés and restaurants of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue are only a short walk away. The inviting private swimming pool is a true delight after a long day exploring. L’ Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is dotted with waterwheels along its sparkling river, which can be explored by kayak or admired from one of the numerous riverside restaurants. The seasonal antique fairs are famous worldwide, and the town offers more than 400 antique shops as well as bustling markets. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse (4km) is famous for the world’s largest, deepest and most powerful spring. Nearby is a golf course in Saumane, as well as many guided walks. Less than half an hour’s drive through cherry orchards, olive groves and lavender fields leads to the beautiful hilltop villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Ménerbes, all of which boast splendid panoramic views over the Luberon Valley.
