A lovely stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The only thing that would possibly stop us booking again is that the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. If a memory foam mattress topper was added it would be 10s across the board....I can cope with creaks😄😉. Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality, and for being our saviour by letting us have some tea milk and eggs.

We really enjoyed our stay and Sue and Peter were most welcoming and provided a lot of information. There were no local amenities but this we knew before we booked. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious and we would certainly recommend the cottage to friends and family.

Good location for a restful break for an older couple, but private transport essential. Local amenities limited. Friendly hosts (and lovely eggs). The accommodation has all one needs for a short stay.

Visited April 2018. Comfortable, very clean converted milking parlaour cottage with all modern facilities, located on farmland and attached to the owners house. Owners extremely pleasant and accommodating. Very conveniently situated just off A55 but slightly remote from major amenities. Very peaceful for a short stay ‘getaway’, with views of the mountains in the distance. Lovely to listen to all the birdsong of the many varieties of bird, and lambs appearing daily.
