Loved this apartment, deceptively spacious, great views, and on a beautiful island. Only quibble would be the small bathroom which was a little cramped, disabled guests may struggle with the low loo. The shower is efficient but also quite narrow. Take a hair dryer and veg peeler. We would definitely visit again, totally fell in love with this peaceful island.

Return visit to this well equipped and comfortable apartment -best sleep for a while!Missed WiFi but as we were lucky enough to get glorious weather not too much. No real complaints at all - just would like a bit of upgrading and maybe a better bench at front. However we will return!!

Excellent situation! Could spend so long just watching the boats coming and going..... However, we had good weather and lots to see and do, not just on the island, but by taking the short ferry trip across to Colintraive onto the Cowal peninsula. The apartment was very comfortable, very spacious, warm and unexpectedly quiet - given that it's close to the road. We really enjoyed our stay in Kingarth.

A well equipped and spaceous ground floor property on the sea front. Very close to all local amenities, shops, and ferry terminal. Also on main bus route.

Kingarth is a nice bright comfortable flat, only downside is difficulty finding parking immediately close to the flat.

We lived on the island for 11 years and only left due to ill health. So it was good to see the view of the harbour day after day. The weather was awful most days with bitterly cold winds and rain but thankfully the central heating had been set up to run continually. Knowing our way around and having friends there helped but the Discovery Centre will help anyone to benefit from all the places to visit while there. Should you wish to visit Glasgow you can buy a return ticket for the boat and train right into the centre for £14.40.
