We chose Kenacott Village for the children (4 and 2) and were not disappointed with all the on-site facilities. The children's room and outdoor activities are very good, and the swimming pool is a good size and is kept nice and warm. The complex does feel relatively private even though many of the cottages are terraced and it is very quiet at night. Our cottage (Crackington) was very clean throughout although looks very much like it was first furnished at the end of the 1980s/beginning of the 1990s and has had very little done to it since (pine furniture throughout, artex walls, green carpets) and is in desperate need of refurbishment. As such, I wouldn't classify the accommodation as luxury although would be happy to return for the facilities (benefit of the children).
