This lovely bright and airy home, one of a pair, is ideal for couples or families. It is conveniently located just round the corner from local shops and takeaway outlets, and only 5 minutes’ walk from the popular, bustling sailing town of Lymington with its numerous shops, inns, restaurants, boutiques and pretty marina, as well as day trips to the Isle of Wight. Discover some of the appealing villages, towns, attractions and gardens such as Lyndhurst, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and the riverside village of Bucklers Hard. Christchurch Harbour is also an easy drive, with its famous waterside restaurants. Further afield, but well worth a trip, are Winchester Cathedral, Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool. Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, The New Forest Wildlife Park and Southampton, with its nautical history and retail shopping outlets, are also within easy reach. The coastline is 3 miles, with beaches at Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Poole, and offers many popular activities such as windsurfing, boating and swimming. Beach 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 500 yards, pub ½ mile.

The only problem was parking I couldn't get my car into the garage

Conveniently situated and cosy accommodation - an ideal base. Parking is rather ‘tight’.

Absolutely lovely holiday home, and very well equipped. Just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Lymington. Lots to do with young children - harbour, parks, saltwater baths and some great pubs with enclosed child-friendly beer gardens and play areas. Parking slightly tricky but totally manageable.

Lovely homely cottage but not enough accessible dog walking areas on the doorstep without using the car.

Loved the house. It had everything we needed. The location with access to the town and quay and the New Forest was ideal for us. We had a great week whatever the weather.
