Joppa Isaf has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and is just 4 miles from the fabulous sandy beach at Llanrhystud. Joppa Isaf is semi-detached and comprises vaulted ceilings and beams, open plan living space, ground floor king size bedroom, double bedroom and wet room. At first floor level is a twin bedroom. Outside is a lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture.
There are walks to be had straight from the front door, and just 7 miles away is the pretty harbour town of Aberaeron which is becoming something of a foodie pleasure. Stroll around the harbour along Quay Parade and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the award-winning restaurants. The independent shops and craft centres are also a big hit amongst our guests. The town is right on the Wales Coast Path and The Coastal Way.
Ceredigion’s coast is also well-known for wildlife including the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphin pods. There are boat trips to explore the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast and the town features a Seafood Festival in July. After chilling out on the beach, why not enjoy a hearty harbour meal? Aberystwyth and Newquay are a short drive away offering traditional Welsh pubs, stylish restaurants and sandy beaches, where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted.
To the north are the famous slopes of Snowdon, offering breath-taking views with an abundance of walks amidst the tumbling waterfalls, shimmering lakes with buzzards and peregrine falcons soaring high.
