This could be a lovely cottage if a bit of money was spent on it, cutting back the bushes so you could see the lovely veiw, bed was small and uncomfortable, loose toilet seat. It is in a beautiful setting, no bother at all from boat yard, a lovely boat bar not far that does food.

This cottage was in a very good location with a barge restaurant and bar minutes away. The location is just next to the Caledonian Canal which has walking and cycling paths. The cottage was clean and tidy. Television has such a poor signal it wasn't worth watching. Also found the cottage quite dark. inside. The furniture is basic but adequate. The garden is just next to the water with a couple of chairs and a small table. No BBQ unfortunately. The garden was very neglected but could be very pretty with a bit of care and attention. For the money, is was an OK cottage.

This is a truly lovely cottage is a fantastic setting. I can't believe some of the negative feedback the cottage gets. It's a lovely traditional Highland cottage, really peaceful location set in Laggan lochs. Outstanding place for stargazing at night and lovely walks straight from the doorstep. Fantastic water nearby for anyone who loves fishing, Jenkins Park is the fishing beat to die for, outstanding water. Been here a couple of times now and would go back at the drop of a hat. Enjoy your stay
