Traditional cosy cottage with woodburner in feature stone fireplace, wonderful views from patio over the town to the sea.

22 steps to entrance.
Ground Floor:

With wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player, and beams.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:
With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With 2ft 6in bunk beds (for children).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels included. Initial fuel for the wood burner included. Shed with freezer. Garden with terrace, sitting-out area with garden furniture, chiminea and barbecue. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a drop from the patio.

This cosy end-of-terrace holiday cottage is situated on the lower slopes of Llandudno’s famous Great Orme with views out over the town to the sea. Enjoy the chiminea on the outside terrace with free fuel and remember to bring your own marshmallows. It’s just a short walk to the town centre with all its amenities, including a vast range of shops, together with a theatre, swimming pool and Victorian pier. The Great Orme itself has a Bronze Age copper mine, the famous Great Orme Tramway, Britain’s longest cable car ride, and a 6 mile marine drive around the perimeter. Historic Conwy is a short drive away as is the Snowdonia National Park. Horse riding nearby. Ideal for golf. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
