This pleasant holiday home is located 2km above Stia in the grounds of the owner’s home and accessed via a rough track. It has been converted from a former barn and is built on the hillside so the first floor also has direct access to the covered terrace, equipped with a barbecue, and a small private garden with deckchairs. The small and pretty town of Stia, with all kinds of shops and restaurants, is 2km away. Visit the National Park of Casentino with its forests, villages and ancient monasteries, and the towns of Poppi, 8km, and Bibbiena, 13km. Arezzo and Florence can also be reached in approximately one hours’ drive, or there are train links to Arezzo. Shop and restaurant 2km.
