Ideal for a couple to enjoy the magnificent city of York with its exquisite architecture, cobbled streets, museums and many visitor attractions.

This city centre luxury apartment, with great views of York Minster, is located in a converted building with a lift and parking available 5 minutes’ walk from the property. Perfect for couples looking for a city break, Hunter House apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, providing visitors with a relaxing base to return to after a day out discovering the delights of York. The city appeals throughout the entire year with the Jorvik Viking festival in February through to the Christmas markets and carol concerts in December and an abundance of attractions to visit in between. I have stayed at Hunter house every summer for the last 3 years. I have also stayed at Nigel's other luxury apartment, the Brierley. They are both well cared for, in perfect locations, and a home away from home. The only shortcoming with Hunter House is that partiers can be loud late at night. Also, the city is currently doing construction in front of Hunter House and the noise has been quite challenging and they start very early in the morning.
