Glen Cottage (ref UK10004) offers lovely views over farmland from its living room and bedroom windows. This detached cottage has an open plan living room/kitchen with breakfast bar and a modern shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with seating. Old Mill Cottage (ref UK10005) is a detached cottage offering farmland views from the living room and bedroom windows. It has an open plan living room/kitchen with breakfast bar and a modern fitted shower room. Outside the garden is enclosed with seating.Stable Cottage (ref UK10006) as the name suggest was formerly a stable, today this two bedroom cottage has a living room, kitchen and a downstairs shower room. Outside the garden is enclosed with seating. Mill Top Cottage (ref UK10007) is a one bedroom octagonal shaped cottage, and as the name suggests is based at the top of the mill. Converted in the 1960s and accessed by an external staircase, it has an open plan living/dining room/kitchen and a shower room. Mill Top Cottage also offers access to a garden area with seating.Coach House Cottage (ref UK10008) is a semi-detached, two bedroom cottage, which can accommodate up to five people. The property features a rustic living room, kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. Outside the garden is enclosed with seating. Mill Stone Cottage (ref UK10009) is a one bedroom cottage based at the bottom of the mill beneath Mill Top Cottage, converted in the 1960s it has an open plan living/dining room/kitchen and a shower room, as well as access to a garden area with seating. Courtyard Cottage (ref UK10010) is a one bedroom cottage and has an open plan living room/kitchen area with low beams, and has an enclosed patio garden. All of these cosy cottages have free Wi-Fi, a barbecue and complimentary barbecue tray, private parking and retain many original features. On-site there is a communal laundry and a small shop selling all the basic items needed for your stay, plus there is an ice machine and a selection of CDs and board games for guests to use. In the grounds you’ll also find a dog excising area, children’s play area and fabulous gardens, with plenty of seating. There are many good reasons for visiting this attractive region. Whether you are interested in historic sites, sailing, walking or just relaxing, there is something for everyone. Only 2 miles away the ancient city of Chichester is particularly interesting with its cathedral, museums, art galleries, excellent theatre and many restaurants. A few miles to the south are the beaches of Selsey and the Witterings, while to the west is Chichester harbour with its marinas and sailing opportunities. Chichester Golf Club offers two 18-hole courses and a 9-hole par 3 course. Just a few minutes’ drive will take you to Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve which covers a large area well known to birdwatchers, and which provides attractive and interesting walks. Also within easy reach are Portsmouth, Arundel, Goodwood and the South Downs. Beach 6¼ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests.
