Garden was scrub land next to sewerage processing plant bit wiffy. Another holiday let attached at rear with a connecting door in kitchen had to respect noise levels. Utilities seemed to run through the let, so when water is used by the other property you can hear it. Parking access awkward as right on roundabout. Towel rail fell off, shelf in bathroom had a slope so things fell off. A very basic holiday property hence cut short our holiday. Why have a coined operated meter for tumble dryer, why not include cost in rental?

We enjoyed our stay in Hunny cottage. The only comment we would make about it has been made many times by other holiday makers and ignored by the owner is that we would have liked a curtain for privacy at the side window. As people were staying in Sunny cottage and parked on that side we did feel our privacy was invaded.

Hunny is fine for adults but we would not recommend it if there were children in the party as it is on a roundabout and a very busy, noisy road. The enclosed garden is ok if you have a dog with you but again it is not suitable for children, the local Marston pub/restaurant can been seen from the house and serves quite good pub food at reasonable prices, a large Tesco with petrol, station is opposite. The amusements, beach and funfair is a short walk but the beach is stoney. If you want a base in Hunstanton this would be adequate as there are many lovely places to visit within a short drive. Also the owners do not leave any staples in the cottage, for example washing up liquid, loo rolls, bleach etc.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, but I would not describe it as cosy and welcoming. The location was good in terms of the Tesco shore and walking to the town centre, but turning into the drive from the roundabout side was tricky. It is easier to drive past the cottage, turn round and come back on the cottage side of the road. Two of the side windows do not have curtains, and this made me feel exposed. You can see right i to the cottage as you walk past at night.

We love staying in Hunny, it feels like home from the moment we walk in and it's great to be so close to the beach.....especially as our pooch can't get enough of it! An added bonus is all the other attractions and amenities practically on the doorstep - including a bus stop as we travel by public transport. Can't wait to return!!!

The house was nice clean and comfortable but the neighbours were only separated by a door and we could not only hear them talking we could hear every word they said and were very aware of disturbing them having taken 2 children and a dog .

Great location, very close to the sea and a short walk from town. Lovely little house, plenty of room for a family of four, could fit more comfortably. Really enjoyed our stay, would thouroughly recommend.
