Offering stunning panoramic sea views over to the Isle of Wight, this light and spacious town house is set over three floors. The bright and airy open plan living area has been tastefully styled with white furnishings and patio doors, which span virtually the whole width of the living area, open onto a balcony from which the ever changing nautical vista can be savoured. Upstairs on the top floor, the master bedroom captures the mesmerising view from a greater elevation, offering breathtaking scenery from the huge picture window which is interesting to watch day or night. The bedroom also has a sofa bed and a kettle/tea tray, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Hayling Island is accessed by a bridge, so you can drive straight over, making it very accessible for visitors and easy to get to many places of interest. The owner even supplies a dog lead, dog towels, treats, poo bags, water bowl a dog bed on request and an information pack on dog friendly beaches and parks. The beaches of this popular isle are surrounded by sheltered waters across from the Isle of Wight, making it ideal for water sports activities. It is renowned for its windsurfing and sailing activities, kayaking, power boating, jet ski-ing, kite surfing and wake boarding. Local paddle-boating and windsurfing lessons are available close by. Every year there is a national windsurfing event, and a hive of sailing and nautical activity can be seen along the coastline.Many activities can be enjoyed locally for all ages, including a seaside railway, fun fair and West Beachlands, great for sandcastles at low tide! Free play includes beach volleyball and adventure play areas. For the sports enthusiast, Seacourt is also worth a visit, with five racket sports. Other nearby activities include golf, horse riding, boat trips and scenic walks along the waters edge, or walks along the South Downs National Park which is within easy reach. Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral, festival theatre, pedestrianised shopping, leisure centre, Roman villa and Goodwood or Fontwell races, is definitely worthy of a visit. Visit Portsmouth, with its waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, leisure facilities, Spinnaker Tower and HMS Victory, or explore the maritime history of Southampton. Winchester, with its cathedral, abbey and The New Forest, are within easy driving distance. There are plenty of National Trust houses and gardens to also be discovered. Beach 50 yards.
