This delightful annexe, attached to the owner’s home, offers cosy and comfortable holiday accommodation, ideal for couples wishing to explore the wonderful New Forest. Only a 2-minute walk to the local shops and restaurants, and 4 minutes to Brockenhurst train station. The area is a haven for wildlife with ponies and cattle roaming across the heathland, extensive walks, cycling and riding routes. There is plenty to do in the area for all ages, all year round, including Beaulieu Motor Museum, Bucklers Hard, Marwell Zoo, New Forest Owl and Otter Park and Southampton with its maritime history, to name but a few. Historic Lymington is only a 10-minute drive with waterside dining, boutiques and ferries to the Isle of Wight. It is also within easy reach of many beaches, including Sandbanks Poole and Bournmouth. Beach 8 miles. Shops 300 yards, pub 400 yards and restaurant 550 yards.

    One of the best places we have stayed in the new forest at Brockenhurst I would recommend the hops annexe.

    Lovely annex. Very clean on arrival. A good central place to explore the downs. Frequent visits from the donkeys, ponies and cows outside the garden gate. Parking available near by. Amenities close by.

    The Annex was superb. Sally and Andrew were friendly and helpful. Our holiday was perfect with the correct amount of privacy and cheerful chats. We found the area a lovely mix of super bike rides within easy reach , lovely walking and villages nearby and interesting to visit. We enjoyed every aspect of the holiday.

    Hops Annexe was lovely,in a ideal location 2 minutes walk into town.spotlessly clean.The only thing it lacked was a shower.
