Spend your days exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline, with Boscastle, Padstow and mysterious Tintagel all nearby.

This holiday bungalow has been furnished and equipped to create a comfortable stylish base from which to explore this picturesque Cornish village, and at the end of the road there are breathtaking views overlooking Port Isaac Bay towards Tintagel Head. Just a short stroll into the village you will find a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Port Isaac has been made famous by the TV series ’Doc Martin’ and you will be able to see the locations used in the series. You are ideally situated to visit the many pretty coastal villages along the north coast of Cornwall, and just a short drive from Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur, as well as Boscastle with its harbour, and Padstow with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant. From here you can walk or cycle the Camel Trail along the Camel Estuary to the market town of Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin. Beach ½ mile. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 800 yards.

    Well appointed accommodation in nice surroundings. Be mindful of the hills in Port Isaac which are a challenge coming back

    We had a great break at Hoopers eye, what a lovely cottage. I would have given it 10/10 on all aspects but I found the shower to be slightly lacking. A minor point I know and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
