The lane, gate and entrance to the cottage were unkept and untidy(nothing like the photo). The courtyard, porch and rear entrance were a disgrace and in urgent need of a tidy up. Inside, the cottage furniture is dated and in need of an upgrade but it is reasonable comfortable.

Nice cottage in good location. Bath needed a good clean prior to use and shower took a bit of working out (power switch in kitchen)

Sandra was incredibly helpful and the welcome pack of biscuits for us and our dog with milk in the fridge was a great touch. The cottage is in a great location a few minutes walk from the beach and the town. However the neighbourhood is untidy and can be noisy, with access to the cottage down an uneven and unlit alleyway which may put people off. The cottage interior is spacious but is in much need of a makeover, the utensils and furniture did appear to have come from the charity shops in the town. The main bed was very comfortable with a high quality duvet. The "garden" was postage stamp size whilst ok in winter you would struggle in the summer to sit out, there is a conservatory which we could not use due to the amount of junk being stored there.
