What a lovely place. Really clean and well equipped (other than WiFi) cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Really welcoming, warm, and comfortable. Very dog friendly.

Good little cottage, well equipped, and very clean. Ideal for walking. As we were a family group of 5 adults, another comfy chair in the lounge and WIFI, would make it a great cottage. The pub across the road is closed at the moment, but has just been bought by the villagers, so should be open soon.

Lovely holiday home, nice garden at rear. So quiet it was like being in a different world. Very few cars passing by, set up a bit higher than other buildings with far reaching views. My only problem was the lack of WiFi, but that may not be a problem for everyone. My teenager was not amused! Fully equipped kitchen, we cook all our meals from scratch everyday and found there was everything to hand to enable us to do this. Lovely and cosy retreat.

A shame that the pub was closed. The shop, cafe and castle were brilliant, the house was lovely and the dog enjoyed her local walks.

We had a great time in a family and pet friendly cottage in a wonderful location. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add WiFi.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage. Great local pub, church shop & cafe. Plenty of places of interest within 25 mile radius. Great for dog owners.

The cottage is lovely. The location is very secluded and requires transport to local amenities other than the church shop which is not cheap (I.e 4pts milk over £2) We struggled to get mobile phone signal and there isn't any WiFi. Our dogs loved the garden, however it is made secure by hedgerow so in winter it isn't completely secure. The kitchen/dining room is open plan with the stairs to the bedrooms. Fortunately we took our extra long baby gate so were able to leave the dogs in the kitchen at night otherwise we'd have had a couple of visitors upstairs. There's everything you could need in the kitchen, Ice cube tray, slow cooker, hand mixer - all of which we used. If there was WiFi so we were able to check the weather and plan our days out this would have been an almost perfect place to stay, other than the lack of shower, baths are just too time consuming for me especially in a morning.
