Having found the lane into the property we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic welcome by the lovely lady who owns this cottage. She welcomed us and started off a pot of tea while we talked. The cottage was well presented, clean and comfortable with the added niceties of milk and cakes to greet us. The view from the property is fantastic and it is a quiet and beautiful location with plenty of secure space for our dog.

Had a short break at Hardnaze farm, Honeysuckle cottage was laden with charm. Cosy and quaint a blend of new and old, if awarding medals I'd give it the gold. From every window a picturesque view, living room, bedroom, bathroom too. Simply stunning all around, serene & peaceful, barely a sound. Idyllic setting upon the moor, with scenic walks from the door. This is gods country at it's best, it was a pleasure Sue to be your guest. All in all a great time was had, at the time to leave felt so sad. We'll be back again soon, of that I'm sure, a beautiful place, who could ask for more.

Lovely cottage Sue the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The views were amazing and the location to visit the attractions in the area were just right. You do need to be fit to stay at the cottage as the road in and out is very steep. The cottage has everything you would need for a self catering couple.
