Recently come back from a weeks stay and had a lovely holiday. I have some issues with my mobility but managed here. If your disability means you need hand rails in bathroom, there aren't any. There are three concrete steps to back garden and a sturdy hand rail. Possible use of side gate but check owners would allow this (we didn't need to open gate and don't think were given key too). Looking at the sliding kitchen door gap, a wheelchair wouldn't get through. The house is very comfortable and a lot of thoughtful items included for use, like kids bucket and spade and bubbles. Leaflets are provided but there is not a wide enough selection of them, as no Wi-Fi hopefully owners will improve this. The negatives: There was a musty smell in back room (possibly the dresser) and the conservatory. No dishwasher as advertised with company we booked with. Bin in bathroom needs replacing.

Even though the weather was freezing in February, we had a fabulous time. The cottage is close enough to nip to the beach and back before breakfast. When the sun was out, sitting in the conservatory playing cards was a treat. Or when it was essentially cold, roasting marshellows and playing Cluedo was the best! Our meal at the cafe close to the lighthouse was scrumptious. Staying at Flamborough Head will become our new family tradition.

The cottage was comfortable and close to lots of amenities. It was cosy and quirky. The neighbour on the other hand, obviously did not like holiday lets and was very rude.
