This outstanding holiday property enjoys an enviable and peaceful setting amidst the beautifully tended grounds of Ness Side Estate, just yards from the banks of the River Ness on the outskirts of the Highland capital of Inverness. Inverness has a large variety of restaurants, pubs and shops along with Eden Court Theatre and a 10-screen cinema.

A lovely house , roomy , well equipped , very comfortable , beautiful grounds ,peaceful . Two hinds visited every evening , which was lovely , and chased each other for a short time , then disappeared . Very private estate ,yet very conveniently placed , A large Tesco store very close by . From the house in the estate a very short walk takes you down to the river , the river ness comes out of Loch Ness and goes through the middle of Inverness , up to the canal ,sometimes you will catch a glimpse of a boat making it's way to the canal , I believe you can arrange to go fishing on the river , if you consult with the gentleman in the lodge house .This is the second visit we (8 people) have had and I am quite sure it won't be the last .

We had a great week at Holm Lodge. The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and we had some good weather to enjoy them. We would recommend Holm lodge and would stay there again if visiting Inverness.

Just back from an amazing week away. The accommodation at Holm Lodge was first class. We went as a family group of 10 covering 3 generations. It catered for everyone’s needs and the best part was being able to spend evenings together in the very spacious living/dining room. There was room for everyone to do what they wanted without it impacting on others or being restricted by space. We certainly will be returning, the house keeper must work tirelessly as the vast accommodation was spotless and the grounds were impeccable.
