The property seems a little tired and in need of refurbishment. When we tried to play a DVD it didn't work and lost all the TV channels. Personally neither of us are concerned about TV but it would have been good to be able to use the DVD. It was a bit of a performance trying to get the cooker to work. Despite following instructions in the manual we could not get the washing machine to work at all. A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be useful, a more substantial grater would also be good as the one supplied bent at the slightest pressure. The dining table was too small, a Pembroke table would be better as it would give more space for eating and take up less space when not in use. We discovered on the first night that one of the bedside lamps had no bulb in it. However the bath was fine and the bed was comfortable. CD player extremely dusty although place mainly clean. We had to switch off the air fresheners as they were overpowering but the downside then was the smell of damp.
