Our 5th stay - we come back because we enjoy it so much. The cottage is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoy the quiet and the nearby walks. The only downsides are the lack of mobile phone signal in the village and no shop for milk, bread, newspaper, etc.

We had a lovely break. The accommodation had everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed sitting in the sunny, private garden.

We had a lovely restful week. The weather wasn't very good but we didn't mind as we were just getting over a horrid long lasting bug. We were warm and comfortable, watched TV, did crosswords and read. We had a good Sunday lunch at the White Horse Inn down the road and some lovely ice cream in West Bay. If the weather had been kinder, we would have loved to sit out in the garden but we made do by looking out of the window at the many different sorts of birds.

Hillview is absolutely lovely. The welcome was superb. The welcome pack was a real treat and very thoughtful. The little apartment is absolutely lovely, it has everything you need and was spotless. Gorgeous views as per the name. My only point would be that there is no shop in the village however, this is very normal for these remote places so it is not a criticism, just take lots of supplies. There is a garage a short drive away. I would have preferred the pub to be nearer however, in the light evenings this would not be a problem. It is a great location for exploring the Jurassic coast. West Bay, Burton Bradstock and Chesil beach are all a short drive away. There are some fabulous walks. I would recommend this little place to anyone and will definitely visit again.

Relaxing week in comfortable cosy apartment. Well equipped and clean. Village quiet, but no mobile phone signal as in a valley. WiFi at the apartment. Will definitely return as great walks and very peaceful.
