Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency but I didn't like the fact that there was rules to strip beds before we left and generally leave the place clean and tidy. I haven't a problem with washing up after ourselves but if you own a place isn't the onus on you to clean it the house previous to this that we were in the woman went in and cleaned after us she had a mask on and gloves on I know this because she done it to adjoining house whilst we were staying she also left coffee sugar and milk and biscuits which was a nice touch this house was on about they couldn't meet us or do these things because of covid. In my opinion it was rude they didn't have to shake our hands or anything like that I even had to email them to ask how to turn on the heating and had to wait for a reply. The cottage itself was alright except for the stairs which weren't great
