Very clean lovely eggs comfy bed great for dogs. Just a pity we went when it was so so wet and mucky. But lovely walks in spring summer not far from Louth and Horncastle. Only 1mile walk into village pub. Beautiful views of Lincolinshire Wolds in the area so well worth staying if you like walking and sight seeing with your dog. Great hosts very friendly would go again. Izzy

Location is good for coast and Wolds, plus part by far. Cottage was dirty, floors and rugs so dusty/hairy (not ours) ladder radiator in bathroom was so dirty, put my towel on it to dry and towel came of with dirt stripes, YUK! Food and drink on wall of lounge area. Outside area was tired and lacked TLC, patio set dirty, area hadn't been swept for a good while, flowerpots with earth and dead or plastic plants, worst of all was large black bin over full with so many black bin bags, we had to leave our bag on top as too full, list on wall about re-cycling but re-cycle bin was left outside at the road side for the whole week. Other peoples socks and scarf in bedroom draw, so obvious that nothing is checked. Would not recommend.
