Ground Floor: The accommodation is gas central heated and comprises: Entrance via the original stone steps and hall ideal for bike, coat and boot storage.
First Floor: Lounge/diner: With LCD TV/DVD combo complete with facility for memory stick, hard drive and Freeview, CD/radio midi system, stylish contemporary wall hung gas fire, dimmable lighting for a romantic evening and a wide range of books, maps, guides, games and DVD’s. Kitchen: Extensively fitted and equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric stove, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, microwave and a vast array of cooking utensils. Bedroom 1: Contemporary bedroom with oak beam ceiling, king size bed and co-ordinating accessories and radio alarm clock. Bathroom: Luxurious and spacious en-suite facilities with oak beam ceiling, large separate glazed shower cubicle, deep bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
