This property is part of our Cottages4you collection

In superb locations and beautiful settings. Cottages4you gives you a fantastic range of hand-picked properties with quality you can rely on.

Boasting an elevated position, this property is only ½ mile away from the popular beach at Cromer.

Peacefully located within Kings Chalet Park, this semi-detached property is one of a cluster of timber-built single-storey holiday chalets, boasting an elevated position with a view across the park. There is a communal lawn garden at the front of the chalet with own seating bench, and a short walk away, 20 yards, is the large grass parkland area with footpath leading to Cromer’s beach and a children’s play park with swings and zip wire. The seaside resort of Cromer has a pier with its small theatre hosting live entertainment (in season), promenade and gardens, beach, Amazona Zoo and golf course. Carnival week is held the third week of August. A great way of exploring Norfolk’s coastline is the local bus service, ‘the coastal hopper’, which visits towns and villages along the Coast Road. Sheringham is the headquarters of the Poppy line North Norfolk Steam Railway, and has other attractions, including a water park, RNLI life boat station and museum, cliff top golf course, Sheringham Park (NT) and a town centre with shops, café and restaurants. Also nearby, visit the RSPB nature and bird reserves at Blakeney Quay, Morston Harbour, Cley next the Sea and Salthouse. The property is within an hour’s drive of Holkham Beach and Hall (NT), Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (NT), Wroxham, and the city of Norwich. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Good chalet , quiet park in lovely location . Downside was that it is small and tight for 4 people. Well equipped . Space in Lounge not good - 2 chairs really uncomfortable so no good for 4 people to sit down. A corner sofa or 2 sofas would be a quick solution.

Really lovely stay, compact chalet but nicely decorated throughout, very modern with everything you need, very comfortable beds, and a lovely walk in shower. Never been to the park before or Cromer, very pleasantly surprised, beautiful place especially the beach. We will be coming back again.

The chalet was spotlessly clean for us and had obviously been recently decorated. We also stayed at High Tide in 2016 and it was the same then so a credit to its owners. A great holiday location for us.

Clean and tidy. Location not bad, only a 5 minute walk to the town. No facilities on site but if needed can be bought locally. Only used the chalet as a base for sleeping and washing, out all day, so did not use the cooking facilities on offer, but they seemed to be clean an and in working order. Just the right size for a small family. Looks like it has recently been refurbished. Shame about the weather while were there. People we met around the site were very friendly. Very quiet place if you want some rest. Will return in the future.
