Our second stay... is always be happy to return again too. The remote location is perfect... transport is necessary for amenities. Lovely walks, nature all around. Blissful

We had a lovely stay at high barn canons it was a beautiful location very peaceful with loads of wildlife. My only tiny criticism would be the distance from any pubs/restaraunts etc

It was exactly what we needed for a quiet relaxing weekend after the madness of Christmas. The bottle of wine on arrival was a real unexpected bonus. Beautifully decorated and plenty of hot water. Thank you

Loved remote location but building needs some TLC. Torn seat cushions on very uncomfortable sofas; bedroom curtains as thin as tissue; torn/stained vertical blinds; useless metal coat hangers that bend with a pair of trousers; no plug in the kitchen sink (plastic bowl provided is too big to lift out without spilling water all over); hot water is scalding so either needs a warning sticker or turning down; Sky box only provides Freeview despite listing Sky channels and doesn’t record/catch up; could hear baby crying in adjoining property as only a door between our lounge and their bedroom; outside light casts shadows on coded key lock and, as there was no torch provided, it was troublesome; many many cobwebs (ok, understandable in high rafters but on table lampshades and wall art?); most lighting in lounge/dining/kitchen provided by spots. Could really do with one or two floor lamps. This could be a wonderful retreat for couples. At present it provides the basics but has no atmosphere.

One of the best stays we've had in a barn on the Norfolk Broads. The rental is very well equipped, warm and clean. The location is quite isolated but we loved that but the nearest pub is a 20 minutes cycle ride away. And an hour's walk to Loddon to catch the bus to Norwich. We find the barn to be all we could have wished for for a short break away.

Lovely location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet perfectly located for coast, Norwich and other towns and villages.

No suggestion of how remote the cottage is and the massive black agricultural barn towering over it. The decor is spartan and could do with updating.

This is set in such a rural area, you will need a car to get about, it was lovely and quiet but potentially that could have been spoilt as you could hear the neighbours who are attached but so long as there is a bit of consideration between the two places that is not a problem. We loved watching the Hare running across the fields surrounding the place. The Barn is big and roomy and comfy to be in, very warm in the cold weather we were unfortunate to have . I would use the place again. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch also a pint of milk to start us off. thanks for that.
