Location is fairly rural which for reactive dogs is fantastic. The enclosed field as part of the property was superb for the dogs to run around in with the most beautiful view. The games room (although a little cramped with all the games in) was a great hit with our 3 teenage boys and we enjoyed playing the odd game of pool etc with them. The bungalow was nice and there was enough room for all 5 of us and 2 big dogs (Labradors) despite my reservation that the front room and conservatory looks a little small from the photos. Overall the bungalow was clean and well equipped. The sofa has been replaced from reading previous reviews and is now a comfortable settee of which part reclines and 2 armchairs that recline which was very nice. The games room and end of the garden are a little 'tired' but they serve their purpose. The bedrooms are nice and serve their purpose and the kitchen diner is lovely and big and airy. It is a 5 minute drive to be able to access the sea where we took our reactive dogs for a walk and swim most mornings. The tide was high so nobody else was there. If you turn left out of the drive up the lane there is a lovely coastal walk with beautiful views. Cromer (seaside town) is 10 min drive, Mundesley is 10 min drive the other way and is a nice place for a day at the beach with just a small arcade and one or two shops, a bit quieter than Cromer. We enjoyed a day out at Sheringham with a busy high street but a pebble beach, we did crabbing at Blakeney and visited 2 magpies bakery there. We unfortunately didn't do a boat trip out to see the seals because you have to really book in advance and there are only about 3 trips in the morning on certain days. We also did archery at Holt Woodland Archery & Airgun Club which the boys and us enjoyed for £10 each. Overall a really good holiday with great accommodation.

Excellent private detached cottage. Lovely garden with sea views. Good walks from the house itself. Very comfortable beds and new recliner sofa and armchairs in the living room. A short drive away from many local attractions.

Lovely cottage which had everything we needed and more. The location is beautiful. We would love to go back (especially Marley our dog who had the best time). Games room was great too. Thank you.
