Dishwasher broken. Feel that cooker etc should have being explained. No bowls or glasses they were locked in a glass cabinet Tap on bath needs looking at

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Hi Yvonne, many thanks for your candid review. We are equally disappointed that the dishwasher is broken, we are awaiting a part. Apparently Miele dishwashers break down so rarely parts are difficult to come by. No consolation to you so we apologize for this. Kevin prides himself on being a good host and explains the workings of all appliances and of course we are next door and always on hand to help. Also the manuals for the appliances are in the kitchen drawer. The glass cupboard has a magnetic catch and just needs to be pulled. We have attended to the bath tap. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Denise and Kevin.

We wanted to stay close to Swansea to visit the Uni, but also have a peaceful rural break. The location was ideal and cottage warm and cosy.
