Nearby the Kintyre Way offers a variety of walking terrain from serious hiking to gentle rambles, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Windsurfers have a choice of beaches, and for the less experienced keen to give it a try, tuition can be booked locally. The neighbouring islands of Gigha, Arran, Islay and Jura make for more great days out and a chance to experience island culture. Unhurried, the pace of life is ideal for a romantic getaway, relaxing holiday, sporting weekend, or just a base to explore the surrounding beauty of the Kintyre Peninsula. Beach 1 mile.
