The cottage itself was clean and inviting on first impression however it was too rural and remote for us. The rear garden was adequate but had to go through a small utility and steep wooden steps to get in to the garden which was not ideal. It is ideal for walkers which we were not albeit we did have an older dog. Nearest village is 7 miles away and if you are not used to driving down narrow twisty country lanes it's not for you.
