Set on the fringes of the bustling village of Grassington within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this ground and first floor apartment provides comfortable, homely accommodation. Attached to the owner’s home, the apartment is just a short stroll from all the amenities of this popular village. Grassington hosts the annual Grassington Festival, where famous names from all sectors of the arts appear, and in winter there is the Dickensian Festival to really get you into the spirit of Christmas. Well served with individual shops, pubs and restaurants offering both formal dining and pub grub, plus a wide range of tea rooms, there is something for everyone. A little further afield lies the traditional market town of Skipton, with its wide cobbled High Street and Norman castle standing proudly at the top of the town. Here, you can take canal trips, play golf or make use of the indoor swimming pool and gym facilities. This property is ideal for walking direct from the door, with both easy riverside walks and more challenging hillside walking. There is fishing available nearby, or for cyclists, this is Tour de France country. Shops, pubs and restaurants 250 yards.
