Wonderful cottage, really well equipped. A real home from home with everything you could possibly need. A good base for travelling to the many places locally, Penzance, Lands End and Mousehole, all beautiful locations. Easy parking and within walking distance to pubs nearby in Newlyn.

We had a lovely stay at Harbour Lights. It’s a good base for exploring the south of Cornwall. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The road that the cottage steps out onto was busier than we expected. Newlyn is a nice little place with a few shops and lovely wet fish shops. The pubs didn’t really cater for young children which was disappointing. Overall a great week.

The cottage was clean, well equipped and very good location with reserved parking. It looked as if it was recently fully renovated and we could not fault it. In the cottage was very useful information about local facilities, where to go and places of interest. It was exactly as described and was just what we wanted. During our stay we had a minor problem with the fridge door which although not causing us a problem we phoned the owner to inform them so that they could prepare in case it got worse. The owner was great they arranged for a local tradesman to come and take a look and it was all sorted in a few hours without affecting our holiday at all. Great customer service.

A warm and cosy cottage, perfect for an early spring get away. Everything we needed was made available and some things we didn't know we needed too like spare batteries for the remote! The cottage is beautifully furnished but I'm not sure I'd like to stay there with more than two people :). The cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch - thank you.

Well situated and equipped little cottage. Close to the harbour potentially lovely views but very close to the Newlyn Mousehole road, which even in winter was busy and you could hear the traffic noise in the lounge. However it was brilliantly equipped and attractively decorated for Christmas/New Year. We had a wonderful and relaxing break. We love the area and walked the coastal road to Mousehole 2 mins away. Newlyn and Penzance walking distance and St Ives 20 min drive. Lots of artwork and interesting shops. I would return my partner not so sure. Reasonable price for the week so you have to weigh up pros and cons!

We had a really lovely week in this cottage. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, all clearly laid out. We were welcomed with delicious scones, clotted cream and jam. There were lots of other lovely attentions to detail like the basic provisions in the cupboards, and DVDs and books for rainy days. The cottage was very prettily decorated too. Loved the colour scheme. We were warned about the steep stairs so that was no surprise and we loved being so close to Newlyn harbour.
