Possibly the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. The owners could not have done more to accommodate us and make us feel totally at home. Super quiet and out of the way location. We will be going back next year.

This is our 5th visit and as usual all to a very hire standard. John and Annie make us very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The welcome pack is gratefully appreciated, the best we have ever had. Would definitely return.

Gum Tree View is a lovely cottage, furnished to a high standard, and located in a beautiful part of Cornwall close to Port Isaac (home of Doc Martin) and the breath-taking South West coast. Not far from Padstow, there's plenty to outdoor activities and places to visit within just a short drive. The welcome from the owners was warm and friendly and we couldn't fault anything with the cottage. The next time we go to Cornwall we hope to be able to stay here again.

A return visit to Gum Tree and we have not been disappointed. It was just as great an experience as our first visit. It’s like going home & Annie & John are just so welcoming, we love it there.

We've stayed in a lot of places that say they're clean, this was outstanding, photos actually matched the property, it's a credit to Annie and John, lovely people, couldn't of been more welcoming, thanks for a lovely time
