The house is arranged over three floors accessed via two half landings. On the second floor there is a spacious zip and link twin bedroom with panoramic views stretching from Place to St Mawes castle. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and far-reaching views out to sea. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and en-suite bath and shower, it also benefits from a wide covered balcony with armchairs for relaxing.
