What can i say... superb in every respect. Perfect for my elderly dog. Was made very welcome with a lovely cream tea. The cottage is the best ive found. The location is so peaceful with nothing but feilds and alpacas to look at out the patio doors. Very easy for my aunt to come for lunch, she is disabled and found it very easy to get around. My mum lived in the area till very recently so a perfect base for me to catch up with so many freinds.Im looking forward to my next visit in Nov. Thank you so much Pauline and Pat for restoring my faith in holiday lets.

Definitely one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. No negative points whatever. Would always come back if we are in the area

Mainly positive but as a dog friendly venue the garden should be fully enclosed. The owners live over the accommodation and it was a bit like living in a ground floor flat with noise above. The owner was a pleasant lady but we felt the arrangement was slightly too communal.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely setting. The owners were lovely and greeted us with a cream tea upon our arrival. Loved the view across the garden to the fields beyond and the nosey alpacas were simply adorable.

found this cottage to be like home from home, everything was ideal location close to Marlborough and Devizes and other local attractions. You could sit out in the garden and watch the alpacas in the paddock our westie thought they were westies with long legs. There are museums for all tastes close by from the Army flying base at Middle Wallop and the new REME near Wotton Bassett ,Stonehenge, the long barrow at Avbury and the stone circle that surrounds the whole village,Pubs plentiful and most serving meals and not expensive, the Red Lion at Avbury at the weekend is worth a visit.Would I recommend to friens YES,would I return YES.Oh nearly forgot the cakes Pauline had left for use, really enjoyed the weeks holiday restfull before I had to go into hospital set me up good style.

If one could rate it with 11, I would have done that. What a lovely place to stay, with the most friendly landlords that one could wish for. One of the best holiday houses we've ever rented

Very comfortable place to stay despite the weather being very unkind to us, it was always nice to get back to. Enjoyed our welcome cream tea and watching the alpacas from the lounge windows.
