This stylish and contemporary upside down holiday apartment, adjacent to the owner’s home, benefits from extensive views over the harbour and out to sea. Ideally placed for touring the north east coast, there are numerous little villages to explore, each with its own charm. Macduff and neighbouring Banff straddle the River Deveron, with a beautiful and historic seven arched bridge providing the road access between the towns. Both have great shops, restaurants and attractions. Nearby golf courses include Duff House Royal in Banff and Royal Tarlair. Excellent walks along coastal paths, fishing and boat trips to spot the famous Moray Firth dolphins are all available. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Nice accommodation, but host didn’t have the property ready on the day we had booked, one of our guests was left standing in the rain for 30mins. The only refund offered was a can of beer that was 3 years out of date. Also there were some items in the description that were missing when we got there. The place was well kitted and we’ll priced but not exactly as described in the advert. It was also hard to get in contact as the owners mobile number failed to connect.
