3rd visit to this property. Location is ideal for us. It meets most of our requirements re numbers of people; enclosed garden; general facilities;patio area for barbecues etc., some maintenance required i.e. locks on doors and windows; general tidiness of garden but overall no complaints

A very good and comfortable property giving lots of space and good value. The kitchen could have been better equipped for catering for a large group.

Good points Location, good size and plenty of hot water all the time and good parking. Pub 2 minutes walk away was excellent. Bad points Dirty kitchen, work tops greasy, hob greasy, cupboard handles sticky, spent first hour cleaning. Frying pan was broken, handle almost off completely, very dangerous, ( went out to buy new ones which we left there for future visitors) No baking trays to cook anything on Had to replace light bulbs in bedroom Garden furniture looking old and 3 broken chairs which meant not enough seats No barbecue only a fire pit with no wood to burn Games room disappointing no DVD player and only pool/football table nothing else Dining table needs replacing, split and veneer lifting, as does the sofa, looks dirty and doesn't smell too good. High chair dirty Door handle fell off on downstairs bathroom (handyman came to cut grass and he fixed handle) Overall Needs a lick of paint, and a deep clean in the kitchen and a few replacements of furniture. Could be a lovely house just needs better regular cleaning, (contract cleaners) and a bit of tlc Would I stay here again? Maybe if all the problems were fixed.
