The spot light from neighbouring property was on constantly shining directly into our bedroom. Left a phone message with owners to which they never replied. We blocked out the light using bath towels to enable us to get some sleep. The owners lived across the yard but we were not allowed to call in person? One of the sofas was broken being proped up with a chunk of wood and was very uncomfortable. This had been reported weeks ago in the guest book. In the bathroom where there should have been a rubber doorstop there was just a screw sticking up. Several broken ceramic tiles throughout the property were quite sharp. The courtyard was very busy with cars/people coming and going at all times. All these things did not make for a relaxing week.
