Reached by entering a gated driveway which runs alongside your own very pretty little river complete with bridge! You really are nestled in some of the prettiest countryside in North Wales. Sheep grazing peacefully in green fields through which you are free to roam, hens clucking contentedly all equal an unrivalled taste of rural tranquillity. Plenty of space to park your car right outside the property then step through a little gate into your own lovely generous garden. The back door seems a great place to start as you immediately enter a huge conservatory which boasts spectacular distant views spanning the Irish Sea, the Mouth of the Menai Straits, The Rivals mountain range and more. A relaxed space comfortably furnished with lots of cane seating as well as a dining table and chairs and large television. The kitchen is accessed through a doorway and forms the heart of the property with the lounge to the right and the almost open plan attractive dining area and hall to the left. Fox’s Lair Farmhouse is reached via a quiet lane which winds its way up above the harbour town of Caernarfon, famous for its castle and designated a UNESCO world heritage site.
